Q: For First Time Buyers
A: Making a purchase on our web site is easy and convenient. We have a minimum order of $25.00 Create an account when you are ready to checkout. All new customers must fax or email a copy of reseller license in order for the order to be processed. We are dedicated to ensure our transactions remain with retail stores and corporations not directly consumers. If you are existing customer, we already have your reseller information on file.

Q: How Do I Order?
A: To place an order online simply enter the quantity of the product you wish to purchase and click on the Add To Cart button. You will be asked promptly to create an account which will include your shipping address and billing address along with your credit card information for purchasing use. There will be no charges made to your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped. When you're ready to checkout please click on the checkout button and your order number will appear on the purchase order. You can also fax in your order at (213)745-5356 with the item numbers and quantity you wish to purchase along with the name of your business, a shipping address and credit card information. Again, your credit card will not be charged until we shipped out your order. If you wish to speak to a customer service representative and place an order. Call us toll free at (800)230-1224. One of our friendly staff will be more than happy to assist you in taking your orders. Our ordering business hours are from Mon-Fri: 9:00am through 4:30pm. You may also leave us a voice message after office hours and someone will return your call immediately.
Q: How Do I Get Your Catalog?
A: Please fax or e-mail us at sales@globaltimeinternational.com to request a catalog along with your business name, mailing address, referred by, and also your business background. Must fax or e-mail a copy of reseller license. Our catalog contains all of our Doggy breeds handbags including wallets, cell phone holders, coin purses, fashion handbags and accessories, which are all on line for you to see.
Q: What is Your Minimum Order?
A: We have a minimum order of $25.00.
Q: I got my order today. I'm looking at my invoice, there are some items I ordered but did not receive. Will you be sending backorder later?
A: Backorder will apply unless otherwise requested. Backorders less than $50.00 will be cancelled.
Our On line Pictures
Q: Can I use, download, publish, or copy your pictures to use it for my own business purpose?
A: No, all of the pictures you see here are copy righted, and are sole property of Blossom. If you wish to advertise a picture for you to sell, you must take your own pictures.
Payment Method
Q: What type of payment do you accept?
A: For our new customer all invoices are payable in U.S. dollars. Visa or MasterCard is also accepted. Please be aware that all first time buyers or first time orders must be made prepayment. If you wish for your future orders to be shipped on C.O.D terms you will still need to give us your credit card information for C.O.D. guaranteed. No charges will apply unless checks are returned. Any returned checks are subjected to a $20.00 penalty fee. If you are an existing customer, your order will be processed with the same shipping terms as we have in our system
Shipping and Handling Information
Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: We are almost always prompt with our shipment. Currently our online order processing is made in 5 business days. However, depending on the type of shipping method selected will determine how fast you will receive your order. If you need your order to be rushed please specify 'RUSH' and when you want your order to be shipped. We try our best to ship out your order as soon as possible. Please note that during the Holiday Season orders may take additional time.
Q: Which Shipping Companies Do You Use?
A: Freight: All orders, unless stated otherwise, are shipped via U.P.S ground. FOB Ontario, CA For all C.O.D terms please be aware that all C.O.D. charges are $8.50 per cartons plus the regular shipping fee. Again, all C.O.D shipment must be Visa or MasterCard guaranteed. No charges will apply unless check returned. For all our International Overseas orders including Hawaii, Alaska and Canada all shipping is made Via Post Office.
Return Policy
Q: What is your Return Policy?
A: Returns must be made within 60 days from the shipping date of the goods. Please call us toll free at (800)230-1224 or (213)745-5355 to report any damages, or shortage. A return authorization number must be obtained from our customer service department, before the returned merchandise can be accepted by us. Returning without authorization will not be refunded.
